You may choose to have equal monthly payments debited from your bank account to pay club dues.  Please download the Direct Draft Authorization Form, fill out all applicable fields, and return it with a voided check to the club treasurer to start your payments.  You can drop it off at the club by inserting it in the mail slot in the entrance door of the club or mail to:

To discontinue monthly payments DPCC requests that you kindly provide us with written notification 30 days prior to the requested termination date.
